Once we have found your ideal property, you will need to place a reservation deposit, usually 30‰ to secure the property and remove it from the market.

Present all possible references if any prior to the signing of the tenancy agreement for the landlord’s approval, (eg: bank, work, previous landlord, personal, etc.)

One months rent and a €1,000 deposit must be given at the signing of the tenancy agreement, which will be held by the QRC and refunded at the end of the contract period, assuming that the property has been left in the same condition as it was found and there are no pending utility bills or missing items from the inventory.

The rent must be paid upfront at the beginning of the month to QRC. All utility bills are normally paid by the owner by direct debit unless the owners have requested that all utility bills are paid in addition to rental income. Community fees, council and rubbish tax are also paid by the owners.

Where rental properties include utility bills the rental payments will be capped depending on the property. In other words to save exorbitant usage of utilities such as Air Conditioning each property is capped.

For example if a property is capped at 50 Euros per months and utilities amount to 60 Euros per month over a 3 month period then the tenant shall have to pay the difference of 10 Euros per month x 3 = 30 Euros. This is paid in addition to the rent and credited to the owners account.

In the event of a Tenant being a pet owner they must contact QRC in order to clarify the owners of the property will accept pets.
